  • Custom call flow design and implementation
  • Professional message taking and lead capture
  • Advanced call routing and escalation protocols
  • Executive-level analytics and reporting
  • White glove onboarding and ongoing support

3. Service Level Agreements

We guarantee:

  • 99.9% Uptime: Service availability excluding scheduled maintenance
  • 3-Ring Answer: All calls answered within 3 rings during service hours
  • 24-Hour Setup: Service activation within 24 hours of agreement
  • Professional Standards: Consistent, high-quality interactions on every call

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure optimal service delivery, clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate business information and call handling preferences
  • Maintain current contact information and escalation procedures
  • Respond promptly to service configuration requests
  • Use services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Provide timely feedback for service optimization

5. Billing and Payment

  • Monthly Billing: Services billed monthly in advance
  • Payment Terms: Payment due within 30 days of invoice date
  • Late Fees: 1.5% monthly charge on overdue amounts
  • Auto-Renewal: Services automatically renew unless canceled with 30 days notice
  • Refund Policy: Pro-rated refunds available for service cancellations

6. Confidentiality and Data Protection

We maintain the highest standards of confidentiality:

  • All client information treated as strictly confidential
  • Industry-standard encryption for all data transmission and storage
  • Regular security audits and compliance assessments
  • Employee confidentiality agreements and security training
  • GDPR and CCPA compliance for applicable jurisdictions

7. Service Modifications

AI Desk Solutions reserves the right to modify or enhance services with 30 days advance notice. Significant changes that may affect service delivery will be communicated via email and through our client portal.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the monthly service fees paid. We maintain comprehensive professional liability insurance and will work diligently to resolve any service issues promptly and professionally.

9. Termination

Service may be terminated:

  • By either party with 30 days written notice
  • Immediately for breach of terms or non-payment
  • Upon mutual agreement of both parties

Upon termination, all client data will be securely deleted within 30 days unless otherwise requested.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through professional mediation, followed by binding arbitration if necessary. We are committed to working collaboratively to resolve any concerns and maintain our high service standards.
